Last time I posted, I had mentioned that my VIN was removed cus my car failed QC. Well they already scheduled a build for a new car today and I will be taking delivery on Monday. They auto swapped my pickup to home delivery, so I'm working with the delivery team to change it back, just cus I do want to examine the car and report all panel gaps and issues on site, and also because I know that Buena Park delivery center can make those fixes on arrival as well.

Hopefully the next time I post here, its to say goodbye and with pictures of the new car heh

Yes they are but mines didn’t have then so I was told to go onto the tesla app and the service center would order them but look what they were trying to say.

Had you already scheduled an appointment? Curious, because I have delivery appointment at the Macadam service center and thought portland area wouldn't offer home delivery.

UPDATE! Got a call from my Delivery Center and they said I can pick up the car today. I'm actually currently sitting in the showroom waiting on them to fix my front driver door as it sat a little high than the front passenger. Everything looks good so far. Super stoked!! Will post pics!

I'm in Santa Monica... but the plot thickens. The MVPA only became available late Friday and BofA doesn't process loans on the weekend and can't finalize the "Truth in Lending" paperwork until Monday. Tesla wont hand over the vehicle without it so now rescheduled until Monday.

Yeah my checklist has a “Verify Post-Delivery Vehicle Records” step that says to ask the delivery specialist to make sure the car is marked as “Delivered” in Tesla’s network. It also says to make sure you have paper copies of all paperwork in case there is an issue with the digital copies. It’s a 5 page checklist, I can’t remember where I got it but I highly recommend everyone get one before delivery!

I knew the car wasn't going to be marked delivered in the system until later since the delivery guy texted me and told me at the beginning. Rather than drive all the way to Stockton, CA I met halfway and took delivery at a supercharger station in Livermore. He likely got back to the office after they were closed or just went home so he did it the next morning (that's my guess). It wasn't a big deal because it's not like they weren't going to do it at some point and I already was in possession of the car.
