Yes. If Tesla can see every time I refresh the app they must think I am nuts.
I think your config was the same as mine, I still dont have a VIN so assuming mine hasnt been made yet you should be in the same batch and get a similar window. Most likely your first EDD would be the auto default March estimate anyway so maybe you skip that.
You are not alone. I've only done this for about 3 weeks. Not sure how people have done it for months.

Wow. I ordered November 12th. Received a VIN on December 16th, but asked them to put me on hold until the new year.
My EDD is now April 3 - May 1.
Ordering new right now isn’t even that long of a wait.

EDD was 1/1-1/29. Woke up on 1/2 with an EDD of 1/6-2/3. This is the second time it’s been pushed back once I enter the EDD range. When I upgraded the estimated delivery was February so I’m hoping I won’t have to wait longer than that.
