Model 3 order is missing from the website

I ordered and configured a model 3 during last month, but the order did not show up at all in my Tesla account website.

Recently I heard that we also need to upload driver license and insurance to continue the order process, but I could not find this info at all because the reservation did not show up in the page. BTW, will it impact the overall delivery timeline?

Does anyone else meet the same issue? How did you solve the issue? Currently I have to call Tesla service center multiple times to follow up the order progress.

I’m having a hard time getting them to edit my configuration. Similar to you they say they have the changes in their system it’s just a “bug” that needs to be fixed. I call and they tell me nicely to wait but I can’t believe how inefficient they are. The only thing you can do is keep calling and maybe you’ll get lucky and be able to talk to someone competent enough to fix the issue.

does anyone know their service manager's contact information?

I did go to the tesla shop yesterday night, and they help me to fix the issue, the order shows up. However, my configuration change was not there any more (change from mid range to long range), and that configuration change is not allowed any more.

I am so angry about it that I kept calling them everyday and they kept telling me my configuration change is valid. When I checked with the specialist in the tesla store, he told me that change was indeed there, but it needs to be approved. Someone closed my configuration change case before getting the approval. That means, my configuration change was not effective all the time.

They suggest me to re-order to resolve the problem. I hate Tesla help center so much, that they totally messed the whole thing up!
