How do I get this fixed without having to take it to the body shop?

those scratches look deep. i don't think you'll be able to fill them in properly.
Agreed if you mean it looks like it went into the body plastic. If you try fill with just paint it'll collapse into the gap as it dries over a few days and will look very obvious. Probably needs body filler and that implies sanding and then a whole lot of skill to try semi-hide it without doing a full paint of the bumper (and hoping it mostly matches the rest of the rear end). I personally wouldn't try to do it myself.

At the least I'd get someone with physical access to it and more knowledge than us Internet randos to assess it.
