I have several questions about the 3G feature that will be featured in the Model S.
    • Will the system have a slot for a 3G card that's accessible to the owner? or will it be integrated?
    • Will Tesla be providing any updates to the consumer on the 3G feature?
    • Will the consumer have a choice of which carrier that will be providing the 3G service?
    • How relevent will the 3G feature after the third year of production? since 4G is on the horizon
Any input is valuable and thanks for responsding.

Again, I think much of this is TBD (to be determined).

I'm sure Tesla will once again look to the computer industry and use the standard mini PCI cards from laptops that can evolve with the technology.
