sends the full power but depending on road/tire conditions, if not in cheetah mode the front tires cant get 100% traction upon launch as the front end lifts up a bit and squats to the rear. Thus, the traction control will ever so slightly not allow the full power to reach the front wheels/tires.
In cheetah mode, that extra lowering of the front addresses that traction issue, thus allowing the power to get to the wheels/tires.
