This is the shop of a friend of one of my work colleagues. He sent me the pic joking the car was probably using summon. Glad everyone is ok. I figure it was a case of thinking they were in reverse or accidentally pressed the go pedal instead of the brakes?

No one reverses at full tilt unless you just robbed a bank.
It is more likely they were parking and the driver thought he was pressing the brakes when their foot was on the accelerator/go pedal.

Yes, I wasn't clear enough.
Either no AP at all OR AP1 with standard summon. No smart summon.
