I purchased a set of blacked out OEM headlights in April from Vision Auto Lab and conducted the installation myself. They do some amazing work and I highly recommend reaching out if you'd like to completely change the look of your front end - pictures will be posted soon - arranging a photographer.
Since then, I've installed 3 sets of headlights for various Los Angeles area forum members that have contacted me. I've got the process down to a science and can replace/install any OEM HID headlights for 2012-2016.5 Model S. NOT THE LEDs.
The local dealerships charge around $1k for the installation.
