Model S Unnerfed on 2020.48.30

My Model S 75D nerfed to 80kw max is now charging at 117kw on a V2 120kw SC since 2020.48.30 update. HW3 also recently fitted but the unnerfing came only after 2020.48.30

I misread your headline as Unner-fed rather than Un-nerfed.

If I ever use a supercharger again (damned virus) I see how fast I can charge.

I'm not sure but it's possible 75 and 90 packs were unnecessarily limited along with the 85 packs due to the safety concerns with the 85s.
Could also be that the new update is able to thermal manage the pack better. I only charged to 60% so wasn't able to watch the taper.
