Model X 90D 2017

Is it normal for my model X 90D battery to never be able to reach its maximal charge of 414Km that I think it supposes to be?

Even on the daily mode it only reaches 346Km charge.

I bought this car new from Tesla Oakville Ontario CA in July 2017, I asked them multiple times that question and their answer was always the same (don't worry it's normal that it doesn't reach the maximum charge) which I think doesn't make sense.

Does my battery have a problem?

I have a March 2017 90D MX. I was getting 423 at 100%. I have over 72,000km on it now, and getting 400km at 100% and about 356 +/- at 90%.
