Model X Front Window Tint - Front Rubber Seal

my tint guy i've been using for years and myself struggled to find out how to remove the inner rubber seal on the front doors to get the window tinted properly, wanted to just share what we found to help out anyone else having the same issue as youtube didnt have any answers. here's a quick video on what it looks like, we were able to just pull out the middle area and leave the sides, i believe those are glued on:
