I have a 2017 Model X. Decided this year to have winter tires installed. When I got the car back, one tire pressure reading (RF) was way out of line with the others (41 / 42 / 54 / 41 LF/LR/RF/RR)
I checked with my very analog tire pressure gauge & the pressure in the RF was right around 40.
I went into the service menu and they hadn’t re-configured the wheels for the 19” winters. I did this and noticed shortly after that the errant reading had moved to the RR wheel.
I’ve rebooted the MCU, down the power-down and tried changing the wheel config several times. Nothing has made any change (after the first time the indication issued moved front-rear).
The TPMS sensors were whatever the tire shop had in stock, so I presume a non-OEM type. They seem to interface with the car, it’s just the one errant indication.
Anyone have any guidance on anything (else) I can try before I take it back to the shop?
