Hi guys,
New to the site and need some help from experienced members. I have a Model Y Performance with less than 1400 miles that was struck on the right side by an inattentive CRV driver. I'm in San Diego and although people have recommended Amato's they are backed up over 2 months. I've reviewed the list of certified repair shops and was hoping others can chime in with their recommendations if they used a shop other than Amato. Honestly, waiting 2 months and then additional time to repair it while making 4-5 months of payments sucks. I'm leaning toward suing the responsible party in small claims court for the monthly payments and loss of use. Thanks.
