My MY was rear ended at @ 25 mph. There is no visual body damage but when driving away, the rear end feels loose (especially when driving over ~ 45 mph) and the car pulls right intermittently. I have an appointment the service center first, then with the collision center. The body shop suggested this approach. Any thoughts on what could be the problem?

We need more info and picture. A 25 mile rear ending can’t possibly have no damage. Are you saying just bumpers or panels were damaged but no frame damage? Maybe some sensor was damaged and the car is intermittently applying stability control? Hard to tell…
