I placed my order and then decided to add the 19 inch wheels. Called the store in Bethesda, Maryland where I test drove, and in the recording it said I could modify my order if VIN had not been issued yet by going to my account and clicking 'Modify my order'.
That I did. But it what really happened was that it placed a new order and not deleted my old. Called Bethesda store and they told me this has happened before and will be taken care of.
When I was ready to pay for the car (second order), I asked about the $1000 reservation that is not applied to the charges. I was told it was part of the previous order and will be refunded to me.
To this day, 3 moths later I am still waiting. Each time I call Tesla, I get a different answer.
I wonder if others have had the same kind of experience
