Motor vehicle purchase agreement for a lease

I placed an order for a Model 3 lease, but the initial motor vehicle purchase agreement (basically the receipt after ordering) shows the vehicle's subtotal (as if I'd purchased as opposed to leased). Is the receipt supposed to show the full vehicle price or was there an error (either mine or Tesla's)?

Disclaimer: I'm not in auto finance. Would not recommend leasing except under certain business situations (realtors, etc..)

That being said, it would make sense to me to have the total price on the lease paperwork. The reason being, most leases have the option to buy at the end of the lease period. So you would need the total price to know how much is left from your initial down payment, plus depreciations, and miscellaneous things. Then an offer can be made to buy vs turn in.
It's probably more complicated than that, but that's my limited knowledge short answer.
