MX 2023 FWD red button stopped working

As expected, MX (just took delivery on 11/13) is scheduled for its first service, among "normal" gap issues, I'm bringing it in for an issue with FWD. The red button underneath the door on left side (right side is still working fine) is not functional as of today. You can only see this button when FWD is up and it's used to close the door only. FWD is still operational from inside pillar button and from the center screen.

SC appointment made for next week at Buena Park, but I wonder if there's a way to "reset".

Did that buttons connection vibrate unloose if it was not all the way pushed on or something? Everything/where else apparently works.

Nope it's still very sturdy, just stopped working out of nowhere :|

Mine also failed when car was quite new. Replaced and no problem since.
