well, I think I'll start with a baby step and get one of those curb ramps made from recycled tires. Moving the storm drain sounds pretty drastic, and maybe not possible as it's at a low point in the street.
Expanding the driveway is a good idea, but I think the driveway edge is the property line. The neighbor does have some stepping stones there which I've run over on a few occasions, and thankfully haven't cracked yet.
