I called McGuiar’s and they say the wash could not do that. The agent tried suggesting that maybe the car wasn’t rinsed completely before the product dried on the car. That is just BS as none of our other cars suffer from this.
He did ask for pictures which I don’t have. He also said that this is not a known problem with the Gold Class wash.
He also cautioned that WD-40 could damage the anodizing but I doubt that too.
If any of you have pictures and feel up to it, call them 800-347-5700 and maybe your pictures may get some solutions from them.
