MY - uneven tire wear. One rear tire wears faster than the other!

Hi guys -

We just finished the second season on our winter tires on MY LR. We did a straight rotation after the first season (LR to LF and RR to RF) and wear seemed fairly even. Though now after the second season one of the rear tires is significantly more worn. The difference is so bad that I will have to get two new tires for next season.

Is there an uneven power distribution or other reason why one tire would wear so much more? Alignment doesn't make sense as the wear seems evenly spread across the entire tire.

Any help to solve this mystery would be much appreciated!!

Thanks!!

Here is a photo that shows the two rear tires.

It does seem that the worn out tire is wearing out faster on one of the edges, which may indicate camber is out of spec. But it also looks like the tire as a whole is more worn than the other tire as well. Is there significantly more weight on one side of the vehicle?

Exactly thats the baffling thing. Weight on the back should be fairly evenly distributed. A 5 year old on one side, a 8 year old on the other side. Its not like we have a 300lbs dude sitting on one side that would easily explain it.

Are the rears evenly wearing for you other MY drivers?
