Anyone seen this before? I’ve been checking regularly for Park Assist Vision and today I get a nav update? Is this a thing.

Yes, been like this since 2017 and before.
Usually certain features and/or even nav updates, game updates have a base software prerequisite (aka some minimum required version).
There is no max/latest version requirement though so its likely the car will pull the latest nav/map for NA even if on a slightly older 2022.xx or 2023.xx base build.

Looks like NA-2022.44-14515 requires some flavor of 2023.6.x build.

After 100+ firmeware updates, 4 major UI builds and a 5-6 nav updates, the novelty of 'ooh aaah new software' has long worn off... instead v2.5 and v3 hardware planned obsolescence has started to kick in!
