Navigation issue

My wife needed to go to a store today and located it in the navigation by the name of the business, which also showed the correct address. When we got to the destination per the navigation system, we were at 17000 even though the navigation said we were at the business that had address of 21250. When I then input the actual address into the navigation, it says that I am still a ways away to get to 21250. Anyone experience this issue before and if this is systemic? Here is a picture of the discrepancy. Thank you!

Yes, this happened to me, also happened with google maps, those are not perfect yet, I never rely 100% on GPS, I still use good old grey matter and not only rely on tech.
