While I was vacuuming out my 2018 MS I noticed at the base on my driver's side seatbelt that the rubber base had a square base flap on top of my carpeting, yet on my passenger side it was tucked in (untucked it to confirm it was there as well), and wanted to know if someone could confirm for me which is the proper way, untucked serving as a 'base' sitting on carpeting or tucked in as flaps to keep it from coming untucked?
