I am returning my 2020 MY lease in Nov and wish to buy a new MY. I was contacted by an Ownership Loyalty Advisor out of Fremont who convinced me to order by new MY early. Except I'm on Cape Cod and the lease is to be returned in Tucson AZ.
I explained all this to Howard Butler and he assured me that would be no issue. Well, there are complications (such as the pick-up location I was assigned is in Phoenix!!). Communication is now dead with Butler (I've been ghosted).
Can anyone help with a phone or email so that I might contact this unit in Tesla?
