Need help identifying round metal piece. Thanks

Found a round metal piece that fell from somewhere behind rear driver side cover in trunk (the black felt cover piece with rear seat buttons that takes whole driver side from taillights all the way to the rear seats)
Does anyone have idea what that is and where it is from? Did some research but couldn't find anything. It's TESLA MODEL Y 2023 long range. Thank you

If it were ”rubber,” I’d say it was a bushing. But since it’s metal, more likely a spacer for something to mount.

It could also be a tool spacer for factory workers/robots.
