NEEDED: Early Model S

Was buying a Model 3 for my parents as a retirement surprise...but now, since my base Model 3 reservation changed from early 2018 status, to late 2018 status, I can't get it, since the tax credit will be gone by then and I wouldn't be able to afford it.

So, I'd like to buy a model S for them instead; they've always worked so hard, and taken such good care of me, risking everything to take me out of a 3rd world country.... I'd like to repay them somehow. Hope I can make it happen.

Let me know please, if you have an early Model S you're willing to sell me at a reasonable price for a good cause.

What's a reasonable price vs. an unreasonable price. Some private party ones are now below $40k (high mileage ones)

this is the cheapest listed now.

Also call a CPO specialist they sometimes have cars that aren't listed and explain your situation.

Just FYI, the tax credit is likely to be half -- $3750 at that time, if that factors into your calculations.

A base car with no tax credit would be 35K a model S would be 45k+ let me know how that works out for you.

I PM'd you - my 2015 is coming off of lease and US Bank does NOT want it - I bought a new X - they may be willing to give a deal to you if you want it I don't mind a few hoops to help a guy out.
