New Software updates (2018.48.12)

How long does it normally take to get the software updates released in Hong Kong?

I note that 2018.48.12 has already been released in the US, but my model S is still only 2018.46.2

I already have this firmware (2018.48.12.1). It seems cars connected to WiFi have priority.

The latest software update has really negatively impacted my overnight vampire drain from the battery. I am now losing up to 15km per day. Tesla Hong Kong says they are aware of the problem and hoping that HQ corrects it with the next update. I sure hope so too. With all the additional trips to the supercharger, it feels like I am here to serve the car, whereas the car should be my servant. This is a huge impairment to my satisfaction as an owner, and it is hugely frustrating when Tesla is using the over the air update functionality to make the car worse rather than better. Tesla.....get you act together!!!!
