New Tesla Collision Center—41 Columbia, Aliso Viejo CA

Was traveling up the 73 Toll Road yesterday and noticed a new TESLA sign on the top of what was the old Benny Hinn Ministries location. Stopped by this morning to investigate and found an almost completed Tesla Collision Center. Looks like they are perhaps a matter of a week or two from opening. Location is 41 Columbia in Aliso Viejo CA. Here are a couple of shots I took.

Just stopped by. Undergoing final finishing. Contractor said they are shooting for a December 10th opening.

I thought they were taking over the old Lowe’s building?

This site is a collision center. The Lowe’s site is proposed for a showroom and service center.

Not open yet. Tesla employee overseeing the site now says they are shooting for first of the year due to need for more clearances.

Just stopped by to check status. Latest update is two more weeks until opening.

New date is now 1/23.

Well, the 23rd has come and gone and still not open. All I was told is “Soon”. No estimated date this time. Will check back in a week.

I got a chance to glance inside. Very bright and clean. Sorry to hear tho’ that you may be visiting. It’s the type of place one would prefer not having to come to.

I found more information here - Tesla will build a new showroom and possibly even a service center nearby (the space there is huge, the service center will definitely fit there). Literally a couple of minutes from this Coliision center.

At the moment, I am watching how active work is going on at the facility, but for now it is being prepared. Tesla has not started its work yet.
