NH Tesla-Approved Body Shop?

Hi - checking the forums and Google, the only results I'm finding are for MA or CT auto body shops or are from 2013/2014. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with a NH approved body shop or if it even exists?

Unfortunately my 2-month old 3 was rear-side swiped so I'm trying to find a shop and NH would be more convenient. I tried reaching out through Tesla's Body Shop contact page but I think it's only for their actual body shops.

Also, this may be a dumb question, but if we have to bring it to MA and it takes more than ~a week for repairs, would a Tesla Service center rent out their loaners or are we stuck renting an ICE?

I'm in central NH and I've got a 2016 Model S that needed some work done. However, I'm already out of warranty (65k miles in 2 years) so I was less concerned about approved vs convenient. Jasmine Auto in White River Junction took care of my car and did a great job. Parts still took a bit longer than desired but when they needed "just one more piece", it only delayed the repair by about a week instead of months I hear others have to wait. All in all the car came back good as new and there is an Enterprise in the same building so getting a rental was a breeze.

Why delete? Its good to know "there are no NH approved auto body shops".
Honestly I felt a bit silly for posting due to Tesla responding that a search can be done on the same page I emailed them from o_O lol. Really hoping NH gets a SC soon.

I had good experience with the regular body shop who worked on my Model S. Exceptional work and exceptional value. The Tesla approved body shop is overpriced based on my experience.

I am choosing to go with a Tesla-approved shop for a couple reasons - we are not at fault so I prefer to bring it some place that is certified, and the shop I contacted yesterday has a dedicated CS rep just for Teslas so they're already familiar with the process and likely wait times and will schedule us in accordingly. .

Also, upon delivery we had a defect in the paint that needed to be touched up so I feel confident bringing it back to the same place the original work was done (the damage is on the same panel, ugh!). I'd probably be less picky if the car wasn't so new or it was out of our own pocket.

Today @ Malden is a good body shop. yes, I would do the same thing as Kelmn07 did if it is an accident at no fault. I was referring to an incident where my wife scratched the bumper in our garage. :):):) didn't want to spend an arm and leg to have that scratch fixed.

Today's rate is about $125/hour. (if I remember correctly) but their work is good. a buddy of mine had his X fixed there. came out flawlessly and everything works. he does not need to go to Tesla SC for other classic issues like sensor calibration etc after the bodywork.

Wanted to follow back up on this. Dropped our 3 off at Today’s Collision in Malden on October 25th and picked it up November 2nd.

They were great to work with. Courteous, friendly, professional. The Enterprise isn’t ON-premise but they work with the rental office and Enterprise picks you up and picks up the car for you when you return so that process was nice and easy.

Very very happy with how the car turned out. Honestly I think the repair spot is just slightly off color, but I imagine the blue is difficult to match exactly with it’s dimension. I think to most people the difference is 100% not noticeable, to me it’s just not quite as deep of a color as it was before. I’m sure in the coming weeks I’ll completely forget about it. It’s also perfectly faded so it’s not a small if there are any line a between the colors.

Overall repair cost was close to $7k - the appraiser estimated $2,100 during the assessment which included $600 to re-do the ceramic which has not been done/charged for yet.

*Edit: Sorry for the images, I can't ever seem to get them loaded correctly/not in the body of the post.
