Noise around steering wheel after HW3 refit

I recently got the HW3 refit last month and have been hearing sounds like a harddrive writing around the steering wheel area when I put the car in drive after its been parked for a while. I never had that noise before the refit. Just wondering if this sound is normal with HW3 or if I have a failing unit?

I just go my HW3 upgrade a ew days ago and don't hear any such noise from my steering wheel. I'd setup another service call to have that checked out.

I’ve heard this as well. Similar sound, but mine is coming from the vents.
If I recall, it was doing that before my H3 upgrade though.
I chalked it up to the vents and other HVAC systems doing their thing. It doesn’t happen all the time.
Definitely similar sound as you describe though.
