Notifications showing up twice

I don't know if this has been mentioned in another thread but I noticed that notifications show up on both my avatar icon and on the notification icon.

Shouldn't notifications only show up on the avatar icon if using mobile?

Same here. Also IPad with two notifications as well.

Yes we have been aware of this. This is a UI design mistake, however we launched it as is regardless so as not to further delay. This should be fixed within the next few days or so.
