I have managed to get approval a of and have had installation of a wall connector in my home unit building. It took a while but I'm very happy!

Out of interest, what Amperage are you getting? I have bought an apartment off the plan and have negotiated a powerpoint in the basement on the wall behind our carspot. They could only provide a 10AMP plug, so it will be slow going to charge.

it is 20 amps, single phase. this will take a while to charge but it is a dream compared to travelling to a supercharger
