Removed this from our 2013 P85 to put in carbon fiber. Kit is in great condition except for a small crack in the armrest (see picture, this was there when we bought the car).

$350 shipped in the USA.

Mine has a crack in the exact same spot when I picked up my CPO. Tesla replaced it no questions but I wonder if there is an engineering flaw with that spot.

How big of a job is it to do the swap?

The swap on the arm rest is pretty easy, 5 min job.

The dash is anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours depending upon your experience level with taking the dash apart.

What's the trick for removing the arm rest panel? I removed the two screws under the cup holders, released the fasteners on the front and rear by pulling up. No problem. But the center fasteners seemed REALLY tight or maybe secured by screws. I didn't want to force anything.

Thanks for any help with this.
