Offering land to EV charging companies - British Columbia

Hi guys, recently bought a rural property in Clearwater, British Columbia. It's RL-1 rural zoing and plan on using it only seasonally (currently residing overseas). Wondering if there are any companies out there with EV charging membership programs who might be interested in finding free land to build a EV charging station. The 70 acre property is about 6 minutes drive off Highway 5 and BC Hydro power is available at the property line/main street.

Which companies are there in BC that has a big paid membership charger access program?

Unfortunately no, the street is all rural properties; businesses like Buy Low Foods and Tim Horton are in town 6 minutes drive away. Hmm.... yea might be an issue people having to just sit in the car for the charging time instead of going to a Tim Horton's....
