My MCU 2.5 Model 3 absolutely came with an FM radio, I know because I did turn it on exactly once to see how it worked! And it was not any kind of option, because if it was I would not have bothered getting it

I was speaking of MS's with MCU 2.0.
As I said, my knowledge is limited to MCU1 and MCU2 (clarification: for Model S).
