One panel has distinct look and condensation pattern than others.

This is a new install - pre PTO ( untested )
Have Tesla inverter, so cannot and will not be able to do any panel level monitoring in the future.

One panel has distinct looks , or manufacturing anomalies among other panels.
Its installed horizontally, and you can see these different color column bands on this one, all the time, at an angle

In morning you can see that, unlike other panels, where the condensation is uniform, this one has columnar bands of condensation very different from others
Or it may be the condensation highlights the changes of color contrast of bands on this panel.

Any comments , how to make sure this is just cosmetic and is not a defective or damaged piece or perhaps is broken inside.

No.

No. It just has these shades, and the white lines appear in morning due/moisture.

Its been thru couple of rains. I thought the same. but am assuming the sun and rain would wash off anything... I never had a close up look, just saw it up on roof.

Yes, interesting pattern. Is it on a 2nd story roof? Can you reach it with a pole and mop to see if it can be removed? If not, it is inside and should get it replaced especially since you cannot monitor panel production independently.
