Just an FYI that the fixed rate of 8.5c/kWh is set to return with TOU (Time Of Use) structure on February 22nd (barring any provincial government intervention).

Am I missing something. The temp rate was 8.5 cents per KWH. The lowest rate for TOU is 10.5 cents. off peak. Why is it 2 cents per KWH higher?
There was a rate adjustment hike that I think was held off until this temporary situation came to an end.

Interesting to see if the lockdown is extended in Toronto and Peel (to March 9 - as requested) what they will do with Hydro rates in those areas.
