I noticed some issues during pickup, like 3rd row seats fold down halfway, instead of all the way, upon pressing the button. The app shows an estimated cost of $90, and I need to accept in order to schedule the service. Is that normal?

Point is, they want to let you know what the cost would be in case it's not covered by the warranty. This is not to say that it's not covered. It was the same when I had humidity in my taillight. They gave me an estimate but repaired it under warranty anyways.
