Opinions on when to sell

So I have a 2018 Model S 100D, EAP, 25K miles. Have ordered a new S with a delivery date of 3/1-3/30. Tesla has given me a trade of 49,900, Vroom came in at 55,000. KBB is closer to 60,000, which is what I would like. Although I see plenty asking 62-70K on different sites. Planning to list somewhere between 62-65.

Would be tough to live on just 1 car at the house for up to 2 months, but if it means the highest value is now, I would try. Any opinions on what I should do here?

Why not list high, if it sells you’re in the money and with the extra you could take a rental for a day or so when needed, if it doesn’t then just drop the price nearer then time. But I’m suspicious of March delivery.
