Options confusion

Wondered if someone could help. Looking at a September 15 (65 plate) P85D. It has tech pack with autopilot but doesnt have premium interior and lighting pack. The confusion is that the owner does have lighted door handles, alcantara trim, auto boot lid and footwell lights.

So I'm wondering what it doesnt get having not got the premium interior and lighting pack

Does it have lights under each door armrest (and more importantly, do they light up when the headlights are on?)

ahh - probably not then! But if that's it, I can live without it
