I just installed the shade on my Model Y. The trickiest part is aligning the small screws to the forward clips. They are providing a jig to assist in marking the locations which helps get you in the approximate location. But I still had trouble aligning them.
I discovered that if you do the install in a dark environment with a headlamp you can illuminate the area and clearly see the bolt and clip in the reflection on the glass.
