P100D - 267 rated, 334 ideal after draining to 10% and charging to 100%

Hi all, I have a 2017 P100D with higher miles. I drained the battery down to 10%, and then did a full 100% charge and got 267 rated, and 334 ideal. I believe is rated at 381 when new and ideal, right? So does that mean I have approx 13% battery degradation?

A 2017 P100D was only rated at 315 miles range (EPA). I’m not sure what you are referring to about “ideal”. But I think you have about 18% degradation. 315 -> 267.

Which is a lot. My 135k mile P85DL is sitting at about 8.7%. It was just 6.7% last year at 132K miles when I was still on V8 but then it dropped 5 miles over 3K miles of driving after the MCU2 upgrade. My max charge voltage is now 4.16, down from 4.2 so I am in fact range capped mildly.

I agree it’s a lot, particularly for a 100kwh battery. But my math (267/315) says just over 15%, not 18%.

Did you confirm
Anything ? I’m similar with 255 miles at full charge . Car only has 67k wondering if I should try a reset. I’m concerned about battery health.

I have still little a bit more than 300miles with my 70k 100D, battery still has approx 91kWh usable, so about 7,5% degradation. It's good for BMS calibration to sometine discharge to single digit SOC and then charge back to 100% until it stops. You might "gain" few "lost" % of capacity depending on how big the miscalibration is.
