Park assist

Park Assist is the feature that displays obstacles around the car as you park — is that what you’re asking about? Yes, you should have that on a 2018 Model S. If you’re asking about Autopark, which actually parks your car, that was temporarily disabled when Tesla transitioned to Tesla Vision, and isn’t available yet.

Ty. Yes. I meant auto park
If you do have it, it's still tricky. On my 15' the most likely scenario is very slowly passing parallel parking spots. If a "P" shows up on your display usually just to the right of the speedo, lower in the panel then you should be able to put in Reverse and the big display will give you an option to "Start" and let it do it's thing. But it's pretty iffy on when it decides it might give you that option...

It does perpendicular as well, but I find that option quite rare that it ever tells me and the one time I let it do it, it was definitely not the smoothest maneuver.
