I can get the catalog but there doesn't seem to be any way to order on line. Do you have to order direct from SC?

My accident was June 19, 2020. I was rear ended while stopped at a red traffic light. Today, September 25th, over three long months later, a Tesla authorized repair center, one of two in Atlanta, still does not have the parts to repair my car. If it were 2018 and Tesla had just begun building Model 3 I might understand, but I have had this car since August 2018, I reserved it March 31, 2016. Back then I expected a long wait. Now, I expected to have to wait days maybe even a few weeks, but not months. Frustrated!!! And the parts needed to fix it are not available in this catalog!
