PDR help please....

I have a dent on the corner of rear quarter panel near the charging port.
The PDR guy told me that it's going to be hard for him to work with, because it's near the charging port that is where the high voltage area.
Can you guys refer me to a good PDR place in the Bay Area? I'm located in San Jose.

In general, charging circuit would disconnect batteries from either DC or AC input source. However, PDR guys might not be electrician so they would be afraid of that.
Hope you can find one to get it fixed.

The shape of that dent itself (never mind the access issues) looks really hard for a PDR guy to fix. Maybe he told you the charging port story as a nice way of saying he didn't want to try working on that dent.
