Has anyone who is still waiting on their P3D received an email from Tesla saying they will not deliver unless you fork over the extra 1K? 1 guy on Reddit claims he got this email and ordered last week. I ordered 07/29 and did not get it.

That does not make sense. When ordering, price is displayed so thats the price both parties agreed to pay. Tesla would not likely do that. If price goes down, they often honor it if ordered within short period of time. You should be fine.

I ordered an inventory p3 yesterday and got the mvpa with the price agreed upon and no mention of the $1k increase.

Im near 3 weeks and ordered gray on white. I think it’s just all performance cars not in inventory
