I have no idea who my contact even is. I ordered online and it's been computer generated text messages only since then.

Pretty frustrating they scheduled my appointment without contacting me to see when works for me. I have no way to contact anyone to try to change it if I needed to. It's not that big of a deal i prefer a morning pick up and will probably have to take a day off of work regardless. But it's still pretty inconsiderate of a company that is about to get over $60k from me. If I don't get the MVPA before Wednesday morning I won't be able to get my loan finalized and funded in time to make the delivery appointment. I'm done wasting time trying to call them so if it doesn't show in time I'll give them one call to let them know I'm not going to make the appointment. I've blindly waited for a few weeks to get this car with no information from them about how to get everything in order and now at best I'm going to have 48hrs from the time I get the purchase agreement until my scheduled appointment. They won't even answer their phones and I'm going to be put on a time crunch to make the sale happen. I'm not even excited about getting the car anymore.

Had to go back today to pick up my plates for the trade and asked if service can take a look at my wheel alignment, both service and delivery were busy, but they did pick up when I called at 1130 ish to ask a question.

My service appointment was moved up to next week because the original date was push out to 10/18. It will get better when you get your car, just a couple of more hoops to jump over.

Also waiting on w/w bay area, ordered 9/14. I think they'll have a final batch of P3Ds w/w, it looks like it moves from east to west coast, socal/pacific northwest, black interior first. There is a MSM / white interior that just popped up in Fremont this morning, so I think its about time for us W/W to get our VINs mid-week ^__^
Hello fellow w/w order. I ordered 8/31 for pickup in Fremont and at this point have given up hope seeing the car by the end of the month. Hope you are right though.
Oh man! Well I hope it's raining w/w soon for all of us. I have a factory tour scheduled for Thursday, maybe I can just ask to grab one fresh off the line. :D

You guys still don't have VINS? I ordered around the same time as you guys so I guess I woulda been in the same boat. Mine is still sitting on a truck with no word on when it will arrive. Just saw they updated my delivery date to Friday. Two weeks to transport the damn car from socal. wtf :(. Kinda wish I just stuck with the P3D instead of jumping on the P3D-.. Cant help but wonder if one of these bay area W/B deliveries coulda been mine this weekend.

Never noticed the spoiler was matte? Or is it just dark?

If you received the original "pre-delivery" email after ordering which comes from your delivery location (at least mine did) then you can send an email to them with your order number in the subject line and from my experience, every time I did that or left a message with my "RN" number included they called or emailed back quickly if it was related to financials or pickup.
However, if I asked about things like referral code status or the 2 years of free supercharging they never answered.
Good luck, the car is worth the annoyances so hang in there.

I never that email. If I had a Sales associate or delivery specialist to at least voice my concerns with out wouldn't be that bad. But apparently my delivery specialist wants to remain anonymous until the delivery day.

Was scheduled to pickup on Saturday, but called the delivery center on Friday afternoon and asked if it was ready for pickup and they accommodated me. Showed up and had a Tesla employee help me sign the documents. I noticed that my Tesla insurance active date was set to my original scheduled pickup date, so was advised to call the 800 number to get that sorted. Tesla insurance agent advised that it is not possible to edit the start date and to cancel the policy and start over again. It would then take up to an hour to reflect in the system. Instead to save further headaches I called State Farm to open a new policy effective that day which probably annoyed the volunteer, but there was no way I was taking delivery of a nearly 70k vehicle without proper insurance.

I inspected the car using the delivery checklist posted here, which made me realize the rear quarter panel was scratched up very minorly on the passenger side. Volunteer wasn't sure how to note it at first, but asked and advised to schedule a service appointment from the app and upload photos and note the damage. Once I handed over the cashiers check, and settled my tax balance via my account (ACH transfer) the app activated and I was all set to drive away. Overall, it took about an hour and the place wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon. I would advise against setting Saturday deliveries if possible to avoid the ensuing melee.

Took it on a roundtrip up the mountain and had a - blast. Well worth the wait and overall, as long as incentives are adhered to, no complaints out of me. This car and company really is awesome.
I have the same Config coming to me -they say today or tomorrow- in Colorado! Great looking car!

I am picking up tomorrow at 9am in costa mesa. I did make a phone call to get my MVPA pushed into my portal to make sure i could get it to my credit union, but that only took 10 minutes (i asked a bunch of other questions too) and i have the agreement within 30 minutes.
So far every one i have talked to at the costa mesa delivery center has been very helpful. Hope tomorrow goes well!

Contacted the 888 number today as I've not heard anything from Tesla since getting my VIN (514XXX) on Sunday. Mainly the question was what the status of the $1k interior color credit was as my "pay the remaining balance" amount is not including the discount. Sounds like it's now up in the air since there's realistically no way I'm getting my car prior to Oct 1. The rep did tell me that my car is produced, but not on a truck going to the nearest facility yet. August 20th order, VIN in source 9/22.
