Where did he get early December fromGot an update from my SA. Looks like I'm lumped in with all new order wait times as well and looking at early December for my blue Performance.
Ordered on 9/29
Nice choice! Picked up the same config (FSD on mine as well). I ordered the 12th though, so you'll have to let us know when you get a VIN, as mine should be shortly afterGot an update from my SA. I placed my order just a couple days ago on the 15th for a white on white P3D. I also sent a change request via the manage order page this morning asking to switch to the gray wheels. Is that the best way to go about it since I have not heard from a delivery specialist yet or should I call?
I can relate to this post. Should be old price with new wheels.Sto_, from what I understand, the general consensus from several Tesla owners reaching out to their delivery specialists is that the vehicle will come with the newer grey wheels and the price will be adjusted back to the original $6k provided you ordered before the price hike.
I was told the same thing, but I don’t think these guys really have a clue on what’s going on. The top down communication at Tesla clearly sucks.Naturally right after I posted that I received a text from my delivery specialist that said the price increase was for the wheels... whatev. I will wait until delivery and work it out.

When I go to "edit" my order, it just automatically shows that I selected the gray wheels even though I didn't. They modified my selection .im wondering then if those of us that want the gray wheels and are willing to pay $1000 more should edit our order? Obviously before Nov 1st if we also have FSD?
Got off the phone with Tesla. They said our orders will be modified before delivery to reduce by $1,000. They said Tesla will use their current inventory of silver wheels, and once they are used up, all performance packaged from then on will utilize the grey wheels. So most people will have grey wheels but not pay for them.
Heard back from my SA - New wheels, no additional cost. Aka old pricing now wheres my car... lol
10/3 M3P W/W FSD. How about you? I see you're in AZ too, I set up to pick up at scottsdale locationWhat date did you order? Most of us seem to be hearing its basically a gamble on whether they have inventory of old wheels or not when yours is built.
