Called the DC this morning and apparently my car is already on the lot! Scheduled pick up for today at 12:30 in Carlsbad.
Every hour I think about writing a scathing email but I'm just not that type of person.
Got my VIN and MVPA last night. Bought Tesla insurance which came out to about half of what Progressive and Mercury quoted. I decided not to pay for the car online and wait until delivery in case I refuse it. Delivery scheduled for Burbank 12/27.

So I’m waiting at the delivery center to see if they can give me my car today. They’re checking to see if they have bandwidth. I’m off today so nothing better to do lol

I took the quote back to my insurance and they beat it with better coverage. $111 a month.
Our cars were probably on the same truck! I just called and they said my car was in, and so I was able to move my appointment from Thurs to today at 3pm!

Going to Fremont to pick it up. I had to go home to pick up the trade-in. I spent most of the morning hanging out there lol

same here. giving my CU thursday to take care of the loan before my friday home delivery. already sent them the updated mvpa.
anyone on this thread get a loan with EECU? if so, how did they pay tesla? overnight you a check or did they ACH the funds to tesla?
EECU here, they told me they send the check overnight, but that they will scan the check and email it to Tesla immediately and that is sufficient for Tesla to release the car.

what did you set for your availability? So it appears that you get your delivery text 3 days before you can actually take delivery. Got the text this morning. Earliest is Friday, did Saturday cuz work
