Phone cables for model 3

Just picked up a model 3 on new year’s eve and read in this thread that it’s suppose to include the phone charging cables (lightning and USB). Is that so, or do I need to purchase it from tesla.com?

Should be installed already. Open the cover on front part of center console and you will see the two connectors. I had 1 usb-c and 1 Lightening preinstalled.

yes, it should include one of each. You can find extras on Tesla's site for $14 but the lightning is sold out right now.

Yes, they are supposed to be included and most likely installed. If they are missing call your Tesla Center or just stop by to have them installed. You can also ask to have a cable replaced, say if you prefer to have two of the same type. They usually exchange them for free if you ask. Only takes a minute or two.
